Oh my gosh, Burn For You was a HOT enemies to lovers book!! You can feel the tension between May and Rafael from the very beginning and it’s incredible to see them turn from hatred to something more.
May’s avoidant tendencies play a big role in this book. I loved how once Rafael accepted his feelings, he also accepted the pace she would need. So much of love is learning your partner and their good traits and bad traits, and I really loved that aspect of this book.
I love Ruby Cove- trip to Italy, anyone?? And this book sets up the potential for more stories with this incredible cast of characters that I NEED to read. I’m so happy to have read both this one and the first in the series- Bound To You!
I voluntarily reviewed a free advance copy of this book provided by the author. The opinions expressed are my own.
