Jaqueline Snowe absolutely crushed this hockey romance. Under the Ice was both beautiful and hilarious. I love love loved Through the Ice (see my ARC review here!) and it was so fun to see Quentin’s story play out here. Logan and Quentin are such a great fit and I was totally obsessed with their love story.
I loved the protective natures in this book, both in Logan’s friendships and her relationship with Quentin. There’s a level of comfort here that really brought me joy. And I so enjoyed how Quentin worked to find a life for himself outside of hockey. It was so real to see how love helps you grow but how you also still have to find that growth on your own.
I’ve loved all the cameos from Audrey and Theo in this story!! The friendship between Theo and Quentin warmed my heart so much. And now I am absolutely DYING for Jordan and Preston’s story… the tension is TENSE and I’m here for it.
I voluntarily reviewed a free advance copy of this book provided by the author. The opinions expressed are my own.
