I enjoyed reading Platinum Promises, the sequel to Star Maker by Jessa Nevins! In this book, we see a whole new side of Kit as she navigates the scene in New York. Between her complex love life, multiple jobs, and the importance of music in her life, Kit certainly has her hands full in this book!!
This book expands the world of Star Maker as well as exploring the complexities of tour romances on top of multiple love triangles. If you thought the journey for Kit and Sully would be easy in this book- think again! The pull between them is undeniable, and at times, is impossible to resist.
This is the second book in this series, but just like the first, the ending left me dying for more!!! Jessa Nevins does amazing cliffhangers and this book has me on edge waiting for the third. I need more of Kit, Sully, and the Gypsy Tango crew ASAP!
I voluntarily reviewed a free advance copy of this book provided by the author. The opinions expressed are my own.
