The Dating Wars was such a fun read! In many ways, this book is quite different from the other Kathleen Haley books I’ve read and enjoyed. All the elements I love are still there- a strong female lead with a sense of ambition and independence, and at least one hot man who knows what he wants and how to get it. Imogen, Trevor, and Finn are all of these things and more, and they made for a compelling story.
This book was a light and easy read. I really didn’t know who Imogen was going to pick until very close to the end, which kept me intrigued!! I can’t imagine juggling two men for a month, so it was fascinating to watch her try to separate them.
All in all, I enjoyed this book! The setting of New York was the perfect fit and all the characters brought something interesting to the story.
I voluntarily reviewed a free advance copy of this book provided by the author. The opinions expressed are my own.
