Oh how I love fall romances! The Honeycrisp Orchard Inn was just the most idyllic and beautiful spot for a romance. It was so lovely to see Aidan and Ellie reconnect and eventually even fall in love. I could not have felt a stronger pull towards the adorable small town and loved seeing all the characters come together to bring Aidan and Ellie together.
Aidan is a man down SO BAD. From the quiet moments of pining to the blurt out loud drunk moments, there was never a doubt to me how much he cared for Ellie. Like Ellie, I too would have been obsessed seeing him in a farmer’s gear building things for the festival. When these two finally got together, the spice was spicing as well, which we also love!
I loved so much about this book. Aidan and Ellie were such a cute pairing, the setting was perfection, and the storyline was so compelling. Valerie Bowman did a great job combining some of my favorite tropes into a beauty of a book. Give me all the forced proximity in a small town for the holidays, and I’m one happy camper.
Thank you to Avon and Harper Voyager for the opportunity to read and review this book! I received a free advance copy of this book via NetGalley and am voluntarily leaving a review. All opinions expressed are my own.
