ARC Review: Last First Kiss by Julian Winters

Publication Date: January 27, 2026

After reading Julian Winters’ book I Think They Love You, I became an immediate fan. So I JUMPED at the chance to read Last First Kiss, which was 1000% worth the wait. The tension between Jordan and Jamie had me squealing. I loved every second of watching them dance around their feelings and laughed out loud at Jordan’s inner thoughts more than once.

Jordan and Jamie are EVERYTHING and then some. Their slow burn tension and pent up attraction was done beautifully. Watching Jordan figure out both his sexuality and his identity was so powerful as well. While Jamie played a role in Jordan’s journey, it was so nice to see that Jordan found his own way as he also found love.

It’s no surprise to me that this was an instant hit. Julian Winters truly is crushing it! I loved Denz and Braylon and now I love Jamie and Jordan. I’m so excited to see who comes next and to celebrate these beautiful love stories. I could not recommend this book more highly!

Thank you to St. Martin’s Press and St. Martin’s Griffin for the opportunity to read and review this book! I received a free advance copy of this book via NetGalley and am voluntarily leaving a review. All opinions expressed are my own.
