ARC Review: Spinning Out Of Control by Emily Shacklette

Publication Date: March 10, 2025

I loved Spinning Out Of Control so much! Warren is down SO BAD from the very beginning of this book. I loved how clear he was in his feelings towards Kira and his unabashed desire for her. Even when she is furious with him, he still chooses love & kindness, and that is such a beautiful trait to see.

I absolutely love the boss lady energy that Kira has!! She knows her worth and isn’t going to settle for anything less. But I also loved the realness that she shows in regards to her depression. I can’t express enough my love and gratitude to Emily Shacklette for the kind and thoughtful way she spoke about depression. I felt so seen in Kira and it really touched my heart.

This is the fourth book of Emily Shacklette’s Posse books, and I have absolutely adored the sisterhood we see in these stories. While this book is about Kira’s love story, this whole series is a love letter to the power of female friendships. I loved them all so dearly.

I voluntarily reviewed a free advance copy of this book provided by Love Notes PR and the author. The opinions expressed are my own.

ARC Review: Enter the Villa by Anna Peele

Publication Date: May 19, 2026 As a longtime Love Island fan, Enter the Villa was fascinating. Hearing from production about the stereotypes of various characters on the show, how the show morphed over time, and how the show became the mega popular force it is today was incredibly interesting. It truly was a look behind…
