ARC Review: The Touch of Wickedness by Kathleen Haley

Publication Date: October 10, 2024

Kathleen Haley once again wrote another amazing dark romance! This is book 5 in the Sense Series and amazingly, it’s as compelling and enthralling as the last. The trio of Dex, Shawn, and Tabitha are ascribing and had me invested from the multiple meet-cutes early on!

I loved the depth of Dex and Shawn’s dynamic from the very start. Their history is clear and the roles they each play in their relationship are easy to see and understand. Adding Tabitha into the mix adds another layer of complexity that brings some insecurities to light but also allows for a lot of character growth.

As usual with Kathleen Haley’s books, The Touch of Wickedness came with a side of intrigue and mystery. Without spoiling anything- this subplot ties in beautifully with the romantic arc and gives even more depth to these characters.

I voluntarily reviewed a free advance copy of this book provided by the author. The opinions expressed are my own.

ARC Review: Enter the Villa by Anna Peele

Publication Date: May 19, 2026 As a longtime Love Island fan, Enter the Villa was fascinating. Hearing from production about the stereotypes of various characters on the show, how the show morphed over time, and how the show became the mega popular force it is today was incredibly interesting. It truly was a look behind…
