Like the roots at Felicity’s plant shop, Felicity and Nic’s love story in So It Grows took a deep hold within me! I loved their banter and eventual friendship as well as the build into a romantic connection. There is so much to love about the two of them as individuals and seeing their love story come together was an absolute delight.

Felicity and Nic both feel like such well rounded and real characters. They both have their own struggles and painful parts of their history, and seeing them both come to terms with this was beautiful and healing. At times I wanted to wrap each of them in a blanket and hug them, and I felt such joy at knowing they had each other.

The shared connection and love that Felicity and Nic both had with Felicity’s aunt Jeanette is such a beautiful thread throughout this story. So It Grows is about friendship and connection and finding love after hardships. It made my heart feel warm and happy all over!
