ARC Review: Booked on You by Lyra Parish

Publication Date: May 21, 2026

Scarlett and Ezra’s story is holiday romance at its finest. Booked on You is the escapism love story that is the epitome of right place and right time- not because there was a wrong time, but because of all the reasons this one is the right one. There’s so much to love about these two, and their instant chemistry is just one of those things!

Ezra truly embodies the he falls first and harder trope, which is always a total slay. It was so fun to see Scarlett and Ezra’s dynamic shift over the course of her stay in Charleston. These two really are so compatible, even if neither of them realized it at their first meeting.

Booked on You has another one of my favorite microtropes where Scarlett is also a writer! I loved her own journey of rediscovering her writing spark alongside her romantic arc with Ezra. Scarlett and Ezra are such well rounded character and Lyra Parish once again does an amazing job of developing them!

I voluntarily reviewed a free advance copy of this book provided by the author. The opinions expressed are my own.
