ARC Review: You’ll Be the Death of Me by Holly Michelle

Publication Date: August 11, 2026

Holly Michelle completely stole my heart in You’ll Be the Death of Me! Della and Cole meet under quite possibly the strangest circumstances ever, but their united goal of bringing Della back to life came with both hilarious and tender moments. Once I picked up this book, it was truly impossible to put down.

Della and Cole’s love story was all about patience, second chances, and the ability to fall in love with the same person over and over again. In You’ll Be the Death of Me, we see Della go through so much learning about those around her after her accidental death, but also about the person who she was in life. It’s a gift to be able to see all these things about yourself, and a beautiful thing for Della in this story!

This book will likely be compared to Good Spirits, which I also really loved, and these two books do both deserve hype and praise. You’ll Be the Death of Me was such a fun take on a relatively new trope to me, and I really enjoyed the adventures that Della and Cole got up to in this story. I absolutely adored this book and completely recommend it!

Thank you to Avon and Harper Voyager for the opportunity to read and review this book! I received a free advance copy of this book via NetGalley and am voluntarily leaving a review. All opinions expressed are my own.

Publication Date: August 11, 2026 This is the type of story that emphasizes why I keep coming back for more second chance romances. Walter and Hildy’s lives are set on a path that intersects over and over again from their very first meeting in a laundry room at a high school camp. If these two…

ARC Review: Danger by Jess Bryson

Publication Date: July 31, 2026 Danger was such a brilliant cowboy romance between Winnie and Dutton. Dutton (Danger) is such an enigma of a character and his three dimensional personality is such an incredible contrast to Winnie. They’re both such great characters and Jess Bryson once again pulls together an incredibly dynamic cast of characters. …
