ARC Review: Love You to Death by Jenna Levine

Publication Date: October 13, 2026

Love You to Death was such a wonderful story of a second chance at living life and falling in love. Lucy and Daniel’s journey is entertaining and heartwarming in equal measures, and I so enjoyed watching them fall in love and rediscover that part of themselves. I wanted so badly to see them have that happy ending they truly deserved and was rooting for them from start to finish!

The grim reaper character is quickly becoming a favorite of mine! I loved seeing Daniel’s experiences as a Reaper and how they contrasted his time with Lucy. Lucy brings so much color and joy into Daniel’s life (or afterlife) and it was so wonderful to see that happiness seep into Daniel as well.

There was so much to love in this book! From the bureaucratic nature of The Agency to Lucy’s chaotic life at home, there was no shortage of entertainment. Love You to Death brought me so much joy and served as a reminder of the importance of living every moment to its very fullest. You never know which moment will be your last, and it’s so important to never forget to enjoy every moment you have with the people and places you love.

Thank you to Berkley Publishing Group for the opportunity to read and review this book! I received a free advance copy of this book via NetGalley and am voluntarily leaving a review. All opinions expressed are my own.
