ARC Review: Offside Rule by Maeve Hazel

Publication Date: January 16, 2025

Offside Rule was a lovely and sweet read. From Xavier and Arianna’s meet cute in the bar all the way through to the end of this book, there’s a sweetness and affection that runs through it. It’s a cute novella that leaves you with no choice but to smile.

As with all single parent stories, Arianna’s daughter Guilia plays an essential role in her life. There is a tenderness between mother and daughter that is beautiful, and I loved the sassy moments where Guilia had all of her mother’s personality. They are the truest definition of a family.

I could have spent more time with Xavier and Arianna, but I enjoyed the time I did have! There was little tension and conflict, making this book a perfect read if you’re looking for something sweet and tender on the heart.

I voluntarily reviewed a free advance copy of this book provided by the author. The opinions expressed are my own.

ARC Review: Enter the Villa by Anna Peele

Publication Date: May 19, 2026 As a longtime Love Island fan, Enter the Villa was fascinating. Hearing from production about the stereotypes of various characters on the show, how the show morphed over time, and how the show became the mega popular force it is today was incredibly interesting. It truly was a look behind…
