ARC Review: Play The Last Card by Olivia Fenwick

Publication Date: December 21, 2024

This book was brilliant beyond words. As a self proclaimed football-obsessed girlie, I couldn’t have been further away from Ivy’s hatred of the game. The growth that she experiences through this book both related to football and not was everything. I felt her grief as if she was right next to me, and I felt her joy and healing all the same.

Scott had me down bad from the very first page. WHEWWWWWW that man was hot hot hot! I loved his growth on the football field and his discovery of love for the city of Boston as well. His patience and adoration for Ivy was so clear and I so appreciated how he showed up for her with no judgement each and every time.

This book was incredible. I flew through it and could absolutely go back for another read tomorrow. Olivia’s debut novel has me wanting more immediately, and I’m so excited to see where she continues to go with her writing. Rest assured, I will be reading anything she keeps writing!

I voluntarily reviewed a free advance copy of this book provided by the author. The opinions expressed are my own.

ARC Review: Soon by You by Dahlia Adler

Publication Date: May 19, 2026 Soon by You was such a treat to read! Judah and Arielle were such compelling characters, and I loved seeing their journey to love. The chemistry between Judah and Ari was delightful, and I appreciated that their journey wasn’t perfect, but it was real. I fully believe in their connection,…

ARC Review: Enter the Villa by Anna Peele

Publication Date: May 19, 2026 As a longtime Love Island fan, Enter the Villa was fascinating. Hearing from production about the stereotypes of various characters on the show, how the show morphed over time, and how the show became the mega popular force it is today was incredibly interesting. It truly was a look behind…
