Alexander and Christopher’s relationship continues in full motion in Stolen Hearts! The thing about writing a review for book two of a trilogy is that I absolutely don’t want to spoil anything, but reading Stolen Moments and getting the backstory between these two was amazing. Stolen Hearts is such a great continuation of this story and the romance between Alexander and Christopher is intriguing at every turn of this book.
One of my favorite things about this book was seeing Alexander and Christopher interact in such different settings and ways from the first book. They’re pushed to grow so much as individuals and as a pairing in this story. It wasn’t always easy for either of them, but I was always rooting for them to stand up for themselves and to be their truest versions regardless of their circumstances.
A.B. Jackson writes an honest, raw, and emotional portrayal of Alexander’s personal struggles with addiction. The dynamic that unfolds within this relationship for Alexander and Christopher is complex and deeply personal. The highs and the lows were very real, and I appreciated the care with which these topics were approached!
I voluntarily reviewed a free advance copy of this book provided by the author. The opinions expressed are my own.

ARC Review: You Won’t Forget Me by Mazey Eddings
Publication Date: June 8, 2026 MAZEY EDDINGS, WOW. This book is the slow burn trope at its absolute finest, and I am thoroughly wrecked. You Won’t Forget Me is peak pining and the dynamic between Cubby and Darcy is everything. The two bandmates falling in love story is always a good one, and this was…
ARC Review: Brighter than Before by Courtney Walsh
Publication Date: June 9, 2026 Brighter than Before was such a tender story about falling in love and finding oneself again. Claire and Miles are both older characters, and that maturity was beyond refreshing. I loved seeing Claire’s grown-up daughter, Minnie, interact with Claire and with Miles on a quest to find Claire a romantic…
ARC Review: Room Serviced by Roxie Noir
Publication Date: June 5, 2026 Sloane and Max’s ghost-hunting adventures were so fun to read in Room Serviced! These two CLEARLY had some built up tension going into their adventure. I was laughing out loud watching them both try to pretend they weren’t attracted to each other. There was so much to enjoy in this…
