Anytime I need a good palate cleanser, Falon Ballard is someone whose books I know will hit just right. Toe to Toe is just another brilliant romance of hers. Allegra and Cord have such a unique story and shared background. The tension is simmering from their first meeting, and I was delighted to watch them give into the temptation.
This is my first ballerina romance in a while, and it was made extra special by the fact that both characters have a dance background. Seeing both Allegra and Cord work through their dancing and their shared experiences was beautiful. I loved Cord’s connection with his sister, Chloe, and how Chloe shows up for both him and Allegra.
If I could read Toe to Toe again for the first time, I would. I’ve been a huge fan of Falon’s for a long time, and with every book she releases, I become a bigger one. This book delighted me and I’m already dying for everyone else to hurry up read it.
Thank you to Putnam and G.P. Putnam’s Sons for the opportunity to read and review this book! I received a free advance copy of this book via NetGalley and am voluntarily leaving a review. All opinions expressed are my own.

With three stories overlapping and intertwining, the lives of Marigold, Natalie, and Olivia all flowed so nicely together. It was so clear to see their similarities and differences as they found their way to their respective happy endings. I love a…
